Christy, Choices of the Heart, Part I: A Change of Season" (2001) (mini) TV Series

This is the tale of a young woman's journey into adulthood and the triumph of her moral courage over terrible disasters. Christy, a young missionary in the Great Smoky Mountain region of Tennessee, has her faith challenged by both a typhoid epidemic and a monstrous storm that devastate her small community. But her trials only make Christy stronger and help her choose to which of two men she will give her hand in marriage.

This is the first part of the mini series which tells of the typhoid epidemic that comes to Cutter Gap.
