Digging for agates in the hills north and above Cheslatta Lake, which is near Burns Lake in Central British Columbia, Canada. Very exciting if you are a rockhound as these are as big as your head (and some bigger). Not pretty and polished like the ones found in rivers as these are in situ. Check out the BC Lapidary website for info about "Summer Camp 2007", where there will be fieldtrips to this and other locations.
